- We currently offer shipping within Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Greece, Italy, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
- All shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands (EU).
Shipping costs:
Free shipping on all orders within our delivery zone.
Order cutoff time, processing time, and delivery time
Order cutoff time
- Orders placed before 14:00 (CET/CEST) on business days are usually processed the same day.
- Orders placed after this time or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time:
1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery time:
4-7 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order confirmation:
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been registered and is being processed.
Shipment tracking:
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use the order tracking option to track your shipment.
